My name was randomly picked to receive lottery wins from Africa, it is demanded that I pay Fed-Ex delivery charges (approx. $200) to get the letter. If I won, why don't they just send me the awards if identification is provided. I believe they are really playing the middle man, and there are no delivery fees afterall.
