I opened a Paypal account several years ago. Every 3 months I would get an email telling me to go to the website to access my account. I forgot my password and could not access my account. I would indicate that to Paypal and they would send me an email telling me how to do it. However, when I would do it, it would not let me in. I called Paypal many times. I emailed Paypal many times. Now I get an email from Paypal telling me they closed my account. Then they send me an email telling me to do a survey telling why I closed the account. I did so and also sent another email asking why they cannot fix their password notification site? I was then told they do not respond to those emails. I finally called Paypal again and spend over 15 minutes on hold before I talked to someone who knew nothing about what to tell me. How can they run a business this way? So frustrating.
