paying off my bill

i will be taking this furher as ive been having soom bloke come round to collect my money every month i was down to 120 pounds they sent me a letter to pay some money at the post office which i did 30 pounds and they havnt took it off my bill i have the recipt where she stamped it with ref number on it im not happy will be taking this further
