Store locked out a 23+ year employee, would not allow him to punch in for work, claimed he 'resigned', kept him from obtaining an early retirement package, and now the stupid labor lawyer blew the statute. Out of a job, useless union, crappy treatment. Anyone have similar experience with Pathmark, NY?
