pasttimes.com are shocking

After submitting an order to pasttimes.com, they immediately took my money from my account but failed to send the goods. The goods chosen were all in stock when I ordered them but after the stated 7 days for delivery I phoned to complain only to be told that one item was out of stock, they had not even dispatched them and were unable to cancel part of the order. After asking if I could 'leave it with them to sort out' for 24 hours, nothing further was achieved. I rang again to cancel and demand that the money be returned in full to my account, only to be told that this would take another 7 days to process! TAKE MY ADVICE....DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CHARLATANS!
