passing stopped school bus

ok here is my complaint. to who ever passed the stopped school bus this morning. what was your hurry? you had plenty of time to stop. four kids were getting on the bus, one on crutches. it was raining and dark out. if the kids had been crossing the road it would have been a tradgedy.please think about this the next time your about to pass a stopped school bus..
