partypoker unfair collection practices

i owe party poker $500. to cover that up i registered another bank account and just waiting for it to be verified. today i made a deposit of of $150 hoping that i could play but to my shock and disbelief they trook everything away. if i didnt have the intention of paying them why would i register another bank account and dmake a deposit to play again in their site. i called customer service and ask them to show me in their terms and conditions section where i could find the section that states they have all the right to do it but he just keep on telling me its all in the system. im looking for a proper channel to file this complaint of mine and calling on anybody who could provide me some ideas. thanks for your time reading this article of mine.
