I ordered SpamWasher from www.panicware.com. The product would not work with my PC. I emailed the technical support for help and their advice did not work. I said that when I had bought the product, I had bought it on the strength of their refund policy and as I was not satisfied, I wanted a full refund in accordance with their refund policy. Since then, Panicware have not sent the refund almost four months later and are not responding to my emails or letters.
