
Panasonic Customer care

I had my Panasonic digital camera repaired in Bangalore, India in Panasonic Customer care centre. The camera is not repaire properly, the problems are there. I paid the full charge for the repair. Unfortunately I could not go back to the customer care centre because I was flying out of India following day. I took my complain with the president of Panasonic to let him know the poor customer care exist in India. Unfortunitely the president or his staff didnot bother to reply my letter or invevtigate my complain. It seems to me this is Panasonic company practice not to upset their franchise companies for their business interest. Can any one sujjest how I can draw the attension of Panasonic that their customer care centres are not looking after the customer interest in true sence. Ashim Nandy
