I purchased a T-Mobile pay as you go phone. It came with a mail-in rebate. Its a total scam, They send you a form letter telling you that they did not receive all the pieces to get the rebate. You have to send in the upc code, which you have to cut out of your box, that comes with your phone. You will usually have a copy of your receipt for the phone, but who takes the time to copy the upc label on the box. So consumers beware here is another scam that they will use to rob you. So copy the UPC label and keep it for when they send you a letter saying they didn't get the upc label with your rebate form.
