I recently purchased a notebook battery from PacificBattery.com which seemed to go really well. . .they offered a good price and a great warranty but there in lies the problem. As some things do, this battery went bad (within their warranty period) so I filled out their online form and prepared to return it. There was a problem with the process and I need to contact them, but all of my many, many, many attempts to reach them by phone or email have been ignored (did I mention I tried many times?) I don't know if 'the person' that works there just can't keep up or their game is to hide from warranty claims or what, but I would sooner buy a whole new computer than choose to buy another battery from them!
