Overstock.com ripoff

I bought Egyptian Cotton Towel sets from Overstock.com. Third wash and they are falling apart. First, I was told I couldn't return them, but when I threatened to complain to the public, they wanted them back and sent me a return label. No refund, just a loss of evidence.
