
overdraft fees

i think it is unfair for a bank to keep running the same checks through for payment when there no money is left in the account.my account was chargeg around $7oo.overdraft fees and still running the same checks through.iam on a fixed income get 1 check momthly.they taken my intire check.i had no money for food or bills.i am on s.o.s the only income i have.it dont seem right.all my bills is double now i cant catch up.what can i do to stop these continue check prossing.i went to the bank to talk,i was told they didnt have time to go over my account with me she had more customers to wait on.i am still receving overdraft charges in the mail and my acc.has no money in it.my bill goes up each day.iam also being charged $160.for overdraft protection fees.is this all legal?i dont know what to do i might lose my life ins.my grandchildren ins.my credit cards.i have cut off schdule for utilities.this bank of american need to change these tatics.i am overwhelm in debt.how will i ever catch up jxlyn72@aol.com e-mail respon please,anyone
