my bank informed me today that my checking account was overdrawn because an automatic payment posted today and yet my deposit of five days ago was not yet posted. the deposit was for an amount far more than enough to keep my account 'in the black' thru today and beyond. 'the bank changed its policy' was the tellers excuse. 'but i recieved no notice', i said,
