overcharging of a vet for medical services

My husband was at the Va in Murfreesboro, for a year or so. He is now located at victorian square, put there by the va, without my knowledge, and I am his wife! I have tons of receipts from our medical insurance that they have paid for all his care and medication there. My husband told me today, that they are taking his va disability check for payment of his care! That is his money for his personal needs. His social security disability is paying for his rent at the home he is in now. Will someone explain to me how they can do this? I am so frustrated with those people anyway, because of the way they treat their veterans, and their families. They have humiliated me and our children. They are a disgrace of the government. They are very rude and the doctors run from you when they see you coming, like little jack rabbits. I know, It happened to me when I went up there. Please help us.
