overbooking

Air Canada - Non-Stop Flight 015 October 12, 2006 YYZ-HKG was overbooked by eighty people. My wife, who has both a heart condition and Graves disease, along with her two year old niece and sister-in-law were ticketed passengers [for this scheduled fifteen plus hours non-stop flight]. This Airline arbitarily yanked them from AC015 and put them all [in the %$#@! last row of economy] on a flight first to Shanghai with a change to another plane to HKG. My wife was up more than thirty hours. She said in addition to the outrageous overbook problem , the service was terrible, the flight was terrible and everyone was miserable. She may be in the hospital, now.
