Orbitz International Cell Phone

I ordered round trip flight reservations through Orbitz.com and also ordered a International Cell Phone on the same order. I thought this would be a good idea so that I could call home from the Bahamas daily to check in with my family. The cell phone never arrived at my home before my flight or at all. All my information was given to the Orbitz rep that booked my flight. 39$ for a phone that never arrived and a service that could never be used. Orbitz, I would like a refund of my 39$! Technically I should bill for the phone calls I had to make from my hotel because I never received the phone!
