Orbitz bait and switch

I attempted tp us Orbitz website to book a flight, the website took numerous error 154s. I called their helpdesk. The web person abmited the site was having issues and routed me to a rep to assist me in getting the tickets booked. They failed to state that there would be a 100 fee for this. The rep said the flight was attempting to book had it price adjusted upward. He also said they were being told its price was about to increase again. I TRUSTED them, stupid I know, and purchased the tickets at the higher price. I looked at their site the next morning and all the original prices were still there. I called the airline and they said the price was still the orginal low price. I emailed and called Orbitz. They instructed me to fill a lowfare claim. I attempted to do this on the website, and yet another site error. I again called their website help center. The person from orbitz attempted the same thing and YES IT FAILED AGAIN! He give me a email address to file a claim. Turns out the address is invalid. I contacted Orbitz the next day and got a lot of run around. I bugged then enough to get a refund on the tickets but not the 100 fee. I booked the flights directly with the airline, exact same flights, and still saved money!!
