I have had a nightmare time since buying a mobile phone connected to Orange. Trying to sort out a simple billing error has resulted in 2 hours wasted. It is impossible trying to speak and get understood by the Indian Customer Call centre, trying to get anyomne to correct a mistake is impossible. DO NOT use orange, they may have attractive offers but will rip you off as soon as you sign up to a contract and the Custtomer Service is zero
