After having had abysmal service form Orange who recently took over from Wanado who in turn took over from Freeserve. I find they insulate themselves completely from the public. They have not answered letters or emails and of course trying to talk to someone via telephone is a complete waste of time. I have been promised from Orange a rebate and a refund for the many telephone calls I had to make for a problem that was entirely theirs. I am just a customer who spends a few quid a month for them to provide a service to. Why should they care. John
