
OPRAH - HELP - XM RADIO delivers a whopping 3 chan

I bought a brand new car with 'three free months of XM Radio' - which worked for two of the months and was shut off. I contacted XM Radio and they give me a bill for $45.00. They then said I did have free months, but only two and I paid the $15.00 balance - no big deal - right? WRONG. The radio cannot be reset -- I called customer service and spoke with 'Casey' -- she assured me that, not only would my service be reset, but a 'technical' manager would call me. Well, the radio was reset and I get THREE channels. The preview channel, the weather report, and disaster alert channel. I called back, they supposedly 'reset' it again. WRONG -- still did not work. I called back and got 'Casey' again -- she said 'how do you know you spoke to me?'. I said I wrote her name down with the date. She said 'well, how do you spell my name?'. I said I did not ask her how she spelled her name - simply wrote it down. She again said my radio would be reset and a 'technical' manager would call me immediately - it has been days now and, again, I only receive 3 channels. To say that 'Casey' was rude is an understatement - they have my money, I have NO SERVICE -- OPRAH - HELP!!!
