OneTel is a part of TalkTalk and operates broadband and telephone facilities. We run a talk radio station and recently moved premises, OneTel were given four weeks notice of the move and assured us there would be no problem meeting the move date. When we moved into our new premises, we were without a phone line for ten days and without broadband for almost FOUR WEEKS! The resulting loss to us in advertising revenue and listener loss was estimated at £5000 - the best OneTel offered was two months free rental (Approx value £60!) and we didn't even receive a proper apology! Don't touch OneTel with a bargepole! Their call centre is in Asia and their customer service is awful.
