OfficeMax endangered my life

Here's the transaction and my complaint, sorry it is not a brief description bout a long story: I made a phone order from OfficeMax for a laptop on Sept. 23rd (Sat) night. Order number is: 24219610. I even double checked with the OfficeMax sales representative if he got my Name and Address information correctly at the end of order. He told me my information must be correct because he got my credit card processed. This package should have been shipped to me on Sept. 25th (Mon) and I should have received it on Sept. 26th (Tue). I called OfficeMax customer service 18002837674 on Sept. 25th(Mon) night for tracking number, but was told not available yet. I didn't receive any packages on Sept. 26 (Tue). I called OfficeMax customer service on Sept.27th (Wed) for tracking number. Then I checked UPS on-line tracking utility and found out my package was delivered on Sept. 26(Tue). I called UPS immediately, the UPS guy said the street name was changed from my shipping address which is 'Park Circle West' to 'Park Circle East' and my package was dropped on the front door of the wrong address without receiving signature of anybody. He asked me to call the shipper which is OfficeMax to talk to them. I called OfficeMax customer service immediately and was told they needed two days to verify with UPS. I called back after two days on Sept. 29th (Fri) and was told they still needed five more days to get an answer from UPS. I can't wait for that long and I canceled my order, the lady found out the package was dropped on front door without any receiving signature. She asked me to check around my front door, patio, and any open space around my apartment. I checked and found nothing. (How can I found anything since the package was dropped at the front door of another address!!). Finally she agreed to cancel my order and gave me a cancellation number (30-2713491). I asked when my money will credit back to my card and was told I need wait for five days until OfficeMax got an answer from UPS. I asked the lady: I paid OfficeMax and I didn't receive my order, OfficeMax should return my money at the time I canceled my order. Why do I need wait for OfficeMax to deal with UPS? She refused answer this question and with a very bad attitude. Since my credit card payment cycle ended on Oct. 3rd, I missed this payment cycle already so I decided just wait for five more days, even it is totally unfair for me. After one week, on Oct. 6th (Fri), I got a phone message from UPS, the UPS lady said they verified the package was dropped at front door of 10161 Park Circle East, apt. 1(the wrong address). I call UPS back immediately after I got this message and told them it's a wrong address. The UPS guy said he will take a note and ask me to contact OfficeMax about this. I called OfficeMax customer service again and told them the answer from UPS at Oct. 6th around 4:00PM PST, the customer service lady said she got the information, she'll ask another department credit back to my card either before Oct.6th 5:00PM PST or on next Monday (Oct. 9th). I waited until Wednesday (Oct. 11th) night to call OfficeMax customer service again to verify if my money is credited back already. The lady is very nice, she told she's sorry my money hadn't gotten back to my card yet and she will send an urgent, urgent message to the responding department to make sure they credit my money on the next day, Oct. 12th (Thu). I got a phone message on the next day (Oct.12th, Thu) from a lady in the responding department; she said my money will be back on next day (Oct. 13th, Fri). I'm kind of doubt that because I got through so much about this issue. I called OfficeMax again on the next Monday (Oct.16th) and I recorded the conversation on audio type. I was very happy to be told by a lady name Michele that my money was credited back on last Friday (Oct. 13th), it will took 5 days show up on credit card account. But when I checked my credit card account after 6 day on Oct. 21st (Sat), there is no money back from OfficeMax yet. I called my credit card company and very angrily found out there was no money back from OfficeMax. I called OfficeMax customer service again and was told they have no record money is back on to me on Oct. 13th, Friday. (What a lie!!!, luckily I have the audio record from them to prove they lied to me). I ask them when they told me my money was credit back to my account about actually not, when my money can REALLY back my credit card? The lady said she can't give me any answer about these and give me a phone number: 16304387800 to ask me call OfficeMax directly on Monday. (No 800 number this time. OK, I'll pay the long distance phone bill). I'm very angry and anxious about this issue now after that, I'm an new immigrant and not very good at oral English, every time I call OfficeMax I need to spend a lot of time to think out about what I should say, how should I response if I get an answer like this and how should about the answer is like that..... All sort of things and make notes on it. Because I was so worried I can't sleep until 4:00am early morning on Saturday and Sunday. Oct. 23rd Monday when I was at work I can't control my sleepiness and even yawned in front of my boss. I can't concentrate on my work either because I can't stop thinking about this make the more thinking, more anxious and angry. Finally it's lunch time, I drove back home to make the phone call to OfficeMax. I almost hit another car in highway because I can't concentrate on driving either. Luckily I got back home safely to call this 630 number. I knew it is not easy to get my money back from OfficeMax, I recorded this conversation in audio type too. After I called this number, a lady name Cynthia picked up the phone. I asked why I was told my credit back to my card on Oct. 13th but that didn't happen? When can I get my money back? She checked something and told me she can't answer my questions because she needs check with warehouse department and that will take ANOTHER TWO DAYS! I said I can't accept this and I told her the whole story I experienced. I asked the answer in two hours. She said she can't do that and she can only give me answer the next or next next day. I asked she transfer me to the person who have the authority can give me the answer in two hours, she refused that and insist answer me IN TWO DAYS. I told her I can't sleep, I can't concentrate on my job, and I even can't concentrate on driving now. My health, my job, even my life are endangered now, how can she hold me on this situation for another two days. SHE JUST HANGS UP ON ME!!!!! I called the 630 number again and told the operator what happened and she transferred my phone call to another lady. This lady told me the same story that I must wait another two days. I have to accept this two days waiting and ask if she can guarantee I'll get any answer or get my money back after two days. She has no guarantee about either of them. I asked she give me an exact date when I can get the answer and get my money back, she refused give me any date. I asked if they will hold my money for one year if they can't get whatever answers they talked about. She just insisted told me it won't take one year but insisted to not give me a date. I asked if I can get the interest for my money by my credit interest rate for the time OfficeMax hold my money for no reason, and if I can get payment for the time I spend for the issue at my salary rate? She refused to answer these questions too. I have no idea when can I got my money from OfficeMax and what I can do to get my money back now. I have the two audio types as evidences.
