Office Depot promises next day service. They have, however, contracted with a fly by night delivery service who NEVER delivers on time. Their website indicates the 'third party' has shipped and they wash their hands of the whole affair. We are told we need to 'sit tight' and see if the delivery comes (it is now two days late) because they can do nothing as their system reads everything is fine. This is the 6th time this has happened!
