My father suffered abuse and neglect at the hands of Ssouthfield Nursing Home located at 802 Fresa Rd, Pasadena, Texas. He suffered physical abuse and newglect. I have come to learn that this facility is on a national watch list for physically abusing and neglecting its patients for the last six ( 6 ) years.
