I have been sending nude pictures of myself to my best friend. (we are both guys). I don't enjoy sending them or doing the things he asks when he comes over but if i don't he says he wont be my friend anymore. I love this kid as if he were a brother to me i can't loose him. Im worried that the pics i have been sending him have gotten out because it seems as though people have been talking about me behind my back and calling me gay and shit like that and it only started after i sent out a few pics. I'm 14 and my friend is 15 and i was wondering if this was even legal. WHAT SHOULD I DO???

Just because someone wants you to do something, does NOT mean you 'have' to do it. Tell him no. Leave it at that. What's he going to do about it? And yes, chances are very, very very VERY good that those pictures are all over school and several websites. Chances are good that your teachers will find them and tell your parents. You shouldn't be doing these things. It's soo stupid. Is it illegal? Well you are underage so your friend can be charged with acquiring and distribution child pornography.

I have heard rumors some kids are now being prosecuted, even though BOTH parties are underage themselves, for kiddie porn. The one sending for distributing and the one receiving for possession. You two had better wise up and knock it off.

I also want to caution you that you are underage and older men sometimes pray on kids your age. At your age your sex drive may be getting pretty strong so, please be CAREFUL.

Some older person may see your attractive young peter and approach you about giving you a bl-- job so be careful. Don't start something you may not want to stop.

Stop sending nude photos to your friend. It might decrease your image among your friend. Gently tell your friend that you can not any nude picture to him.
