nude pics of me

My ex posted nude pics of me and us together on a public site after our divorce. I tried contacting the site to have them removed without luck. I'm mortified that our kids might someday see those pics. Trust no one.

Actually a DCMA notice is only for copyrighted material. As at the time they were together and she consented to the pics being taken, she has no copyright claim to them. If anything she can file a harassment claim as these photos have caused her mental anguish and probably other issues as well.

This is a great idea. I think you should do this.

haha I got it a while ago ... the pics have been up for years. I just don't want my personal info associated with them.

Grandma Skanky ... nice. More like Grandma Hottie ... LOL. Let your husband take nude pics ONE TIME ... destroy the 'only' copy of the files ... get posted very un-anonymously online anway. Eff my ell.

Getting nude pictures back is like trying to unsay something. Once it's out there it's never going away. Your grand children will be cracking jokes about them.

it's a yahoo group, I sent a message to the group moderator but nothing was done. shitty part is, he included my name and city. I found out because a random person found me on myspace and told me. :/

you should DMCA the site, its a legal letter to the hosting and domain company. Search DMCA takedowns and you will find companies doing it
