This is the second time I have tried to cancel my account with NTL by phone,after being promised I would have to wait no more than 30 minutes I am in my 50th minute for the second time @ 6p a minute costing so far £6. Whilst holding on listening to a message saying how wonderful they are,and telling me how important my call is to them. MY ADVICE>>>GO ELSEWHERE
