
NTL broadband rip off

Hi been a customer of NTL broadband for over a year now, system started to play about so contacted NTL support to solve problem. Was given 4mb service as a trial only to then be invoiced as I hadn't notified them i didn't want the 4mb service although i had told NTL support to remove it as it was worse than my original service. Surely this is just an illegal ploy by NTL to take your money without you realising. How can it be my responsability to cancel a free trial, when are NTL going to be stopped offering such a poor service & now with no dedicated complaints system.
