At NTL they are so quick to provide you with their services, but don't try to cancel your account! You'll have no chance: they don't give an option on their website and if you call they'll keep you on hold for hours. When finally somebody answer is only to give you a different number to call or to put you on hold again for some unexplained reason. PANTS!!!
