Npower

I am fed up with the company 'Npower' knocking on my door without introducing themselves and very cleverly making you think they're not selling anything, and are only here to help regarding our current rate of Gas and Electricity. After I realised that they were simply 'door to door' sales, I politely told him we were happy with British Gas and he refused to go and kept asking why, why, until I had to tell him to go, to which he replied 'You'd better get used to Npower knocking on your door!! I simply couldn't believe how rude he was and for this pure reason I would never ever go with Npower and strongly advise everybody else to do the same. Even though they tell you their rates are so much cheaper, there's lots of hidden extra's which actually end up costing you more than what you're currently paying.
