Not told all the info

I am enrolling into the art institute online of pa. I had some of the paper work done but after doing the financial part I still have more to do. There should of been a list of things to be told and that this the amount of time that this takes. No no I am told so many things last minute and that's wrong to do when someone's expecting to start soon. I hope you do get this issue taking care of asap.
