not happy with the kids school

i complained to the kids school that i was nt happy with there complaints proceedure.I took my daughter ou.To get back at me they havewritten me a letter that they do not want my son back in september.They have done this just when all the schools are shut.So my son will have no school to go to in september.What will i tell my 5 year old?He is the innocent party.
