not enough hours

why is it that even though i've worked here over 6 months longer than anyone else, and i have a degree, and i'm experienced and qualified, why is it me that looses hours to that ends up loosing my hours to that bitch who just fucking kisses arse all the time. it feels like everything i've worked hard to do is insignificant.
