Not a Guarentee

I booked a hotel room with a company called Golden Tours & Cruises, I specifically asked for a room with a king size bed over looking the Riverwalk in San Antonio with a balcony, they told me that was what i was getting. Then after i paid the full amount and received my voucher in the mail. it said a twin bed, i called and they told me that i never was guarenteed anything. They said I just had to pay up front and then when i got to the hotel tell them what i wanted and hope that i got it. I never would have booked my room with them and paid so much money if i knew that i couldnt get what i wanted, that was the whole reason i did it up front, so i could get exactly what i wanted. My complaint is, they shouldn't guarentee something then after i pay for it tell me the truth of what i just paid for and not get me what i want...
