nosy neighbor

this is a problem with a neighbor everyone hates & we would like to somehow make him move & i'm ready to do what ever it takes to move him out,so that our neighborhood can celebrate. i'll give you an idea of what he does, if you walk your dog on sidewalk,he comes out of his house cursing & screaming then his wife with kids come and join him & proceeds to say things like i'll kill you etc. etc...
