Norwegian cruise line and buoy

On an expensive cruise around the Hawaian Islands...The captain ruined the cruise by taking out a 2 ton buoy at the Honolulu Port when we took off for the trip...leaving us with one propeller....stranded for a couple of days...NCL GAVE US A 50 DOLLAR CREDIT....WHAT A DISGRACE...NOT RESPONDING TO COMPLAINTS. PLEASE HELP.
