Norton Internet Security has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I navigated through their web site symantec for 1 1/2 hours to try to troubleshoot to solve my problem with the software they sold to me. After that didn't work, I tried to contact someone at the company through email. I could not find anywhere on the site to contact the company. Finally through another internet service, I got a phone number to call. After waiting on the phone for 15 min. I finally got a person. The person repeated everything I said and answered nothing. Then they put me on hold (without specifying that she was putting me on hold) for another 5 min. to come back on the phone and say if I want any further help, I would have to pay $30 for it! Ridiculous, I will be cancelling my service.
