
Norton Anti Virus

I called Norton in regards with a virus on my PC last friday. The rep told me in order to assist me, needed to take a c/c pmt for 70.00 US. After taking the payment he then told me that the pmt was non refundable in case they were unable to resolve my issue. My respond was he should have told me that before taking my payment. He then left the chat room and never resolved my issue. I contacted them back...spoke with 3 other person who did the same...left the chat room without resolving the issue. I took my laptop and brought it to a professional to fix my problem. The problem got fixed then. When I came back home....I contacted Norton again and requested a refund. My request was denied. I advised Norton then that I will never do business with them again....Very bad business to deal with.
