I believe almost everyone in this City has a water dispenser in their home. For the most part tapwater here is undrinkable, especially during summer. I used to work in an old care home and the poor seniors were forced to bathe in tubs full of dirty, gritty brown water. Remember when hundres got sick and sued the City?
