Non Repayment

Having tried to purchase a dvd recorder through Electricshop.com and the goods never arriving into their warehouse I cancelled the order. They had taken the money on the day of the order which was the 21st of August this year but seem unwilling to return the monies that they have been holding ever since in spite of many phone calls and letters. So my advice to prospective customers is simply this, DONT!!!
