Non Register of £10 petrol

My Boyfriens filled up with £10 worth of Petrol at Texaco Petrol Garage great west road brentfrord the £10 did not register on the petrol gage at all and Texaco staff still charged for it even though my boyfriend said it had not registered in the car I have asked for a refund but no joy Texaco great west rd brentford are not very helpful the car is now parked about 10mins from the garage as it is registering rmpty the Texaco staff jsut told my boyfriend to refill and then they will charge again I don't think so!! Robbing Bastards!!!!
