There is a very intruding Noise. Sounds like a Gigantic Generator or Pump or transformer! No one seems to know what it is or who is doing it! It runs 24/7 and can be heard extremely well near the point where it orginates, but can be heard as a dull drone Several miles away from the above possible sources of the noise. I've called the city council memembers for the 2 areas that I've heard this annoying sound. It is a definate noise code violation. The noise is only supposed to run 7am to 7pm & be of certain decibiles. But I think it may be a city government project! Still they are liable for the code violations, both in our city codes & federal noise codes! I've complained several times in my area San Diego but, people don't respond, they'd rather talk about other things going on, when this needs to be resolved Now. I've researched different sources & as far as I know no one is concerned. One thing for sure it affects the health of anyone in the path of these bombarding air waves of sound & sometimes you can even feel it going through the ground, especially when indoors. I've had to keep radios on, etc. & I know the animals are sensitive to this noise violation, if anyone else in the area hears it, Please complain.
