Purchased a Microsoft XBOX which of course failed due to a hardward / software problem. Now getting the run around that Microsoft's own customer service department cannot generate a repair order! I keep getting told to call back in another 48 hours. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
