NO SUCH ADDRESS!

We purchased a new home a year and a half ago. We were the very first house on the street. Therefor, we were not upset when we didn't receive the first package, which was returned to the sender. They put on the package that this street address didn't exist. A year and a half later, we can receive letters, but not packages. They are always returned to the sender. Yet, I receive packages for UPS all of the time. This is quite frustrating. My mother-in-law lives in NY on a fixed income and recently tried to send a birthday present to my husband twice. Each time it was returned. She cannot afford to keep paying to resend packages. Something must be done!
