No-one is listening and nothing legal can be done about this evil person. I have been accused of a serious sexual assualt which did not happen and was never reported to the police. Because the 'alleged assault' was not reported to the police I cannot get a solicitor to take on my case. This evil person is slandering me to others and when I tried to take a slander case I was told that I would have to have loads of money for a solicitor to take it on - which of course I don't have because I am an ordinary working person earning normal wages. This particular person has been intimidating my witness, has once sent someone round to my house late at night to hand deliver a letter then sent the same thing by post, has lied to a public authority about me, and still I can do nothing about this person because it is not classed as harassment therefore it is not a crime. I am suicidal over this false accusation and the behaviour of this person, also the behaviour of another person who is involved who part-time is a special constable but was not wearing the 'special constable hat' at the time of this 'alleged assault' (which did not happen, and I hit my head against a brick wall each time I try to get someone to listen to me and look at the paperwork that has gathered in the meantime. I am beginning to think that maybe I should just come down to this person's level and make sure they get what's coming to them. I WANT TO SCREAM AND GET REVENGE.
