Grrrr...I won a contest at a magazine website. It wasn't anything big, an autographed CD and a $100 watch, but it still irks me. It is against the law to hold a sweepstakes or contest and not award the prizes, and I wanted that darn watch...lol. Anyway, after a few emails back and forth, the rep. hasn't even answered me. Shame on you, Filter magazine! lol
