
no parts, no response

my son bought a brand new 125cc pit bike from evosales.com in july. the first day he drove it,the rear shock came apart,they replaced it and the replacement shock came with the dust seal not put on correctly. after the shock was replaced he drove it three blocks and lost the spark, since then i have emailed and called the company and cannot get parts or a response. to this day i have not had any results on parts or a response to this problem and i am ready to send it back for a refund. evosales advertises this product as a high quality product,my son has not been able to enjoy his investment that he payed for with his own money of over 800.00 dollars. the warranty expired within 30 days and this all happened in the first week he got it.they still do not respond to my emails or calls. Has anyone else had these problems with evosales? i'd like to hear from you, olelena@loretel.net
