No Manners

Open your mouths people and use the 'good manners' that you're parents taught you. Is it so hard to say 'excuse me' then saying ignorant thinds behind someone back; or (actually had someone hit my heels with a shopping cart (didn't know she was behind me) because I would have moved if she opened her mouth and said 'excuse me'.
