The realty companies are such a ripoff, they list your propery on the low side so they can make a quick sale, and all that does is lower all the values of all the outher properties in the area. after a few years the whole area is selling for much less than it should!They sit on ther butt run a add on the multibles and collect thousands of dollers in pay.!
